When you book the villa for 12 people, the 1-bedroom house will always remain closed, unless you are interested and want to reserve it. This way, you will have the entire villa exclusively for yourself, with complete privacy: garden, pool, and all facilities just for you.
When you book the 1-bedroom house during the school term, the villa (garden, pool, barbecue) is shared with my family, as we live in the main house. However, if you book the 1-bedroom house during the summer holidays, you will have the entire villa exclusively for yourself.
