Property information

Cozy and modern apartment for family tourism. It comfortably accommodates 7 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room. Distribution of rooms: - Room # 1: 2 single beds 90cm. - Room # 2: 3 single beds 90cm. - Room # 3: 1 double bed (150cm) with full bathroom. The living room is equipped with 40 "smart TV. Access to the main terrace with views of the garden, facing southwest, where you can watch the sunset and enjoy a refreshing summer breeze. Enjoy the tranquility of the area in a community setting landscaped with palm trees and in the tourist center of Salou. 200m from Llevant beach.

Salou enjoys a Mediterranean climate, temperate and hot, with a tourist season that extends throughout the year. Summers are hot, yet cooled by sea breezes, and spring’s fair weather lingers on well into autumn. Winters are typical of the Mediterranean climate, with extremely mild temperatures.
