Stay at Casa KiSi and be in the heart of what is known as the real Andalucia, the Axarquia region. Stretching from the dramatic mountains of the Torcal down to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea at Torre Del Mar and Nerja, Malaga is just 30 minutes away with the decadence of Marbella and Puerto Banus an hour. The ski slopes and sights of Granada are also only an hour away in the other direction with Iznajar and its beauty just 45 mins. Alternatively visit the many traditional towns and villages within just a few minutes drive and take advantage of staying in this most beautiful rural property with stunning views over the mountains and valleys. Casa KiSi is a typical Spanish finca sympathetically and traditionally restored into this beautiful B&B enabling you to appreciate everything that Andalucia has to offer. With wooden beams and marble sinks, thick stone walls and rural features, the house is an experience in itself. Built for the Spanish summer, long before air conditioning, it stays cool even in the heat of August. With only 2 guest suites and private hosts, it is an amazing place to unwind, relax and recharge and leave your cares and worries at the door.
Kirsty and Simon opened their first guesthouse in October 2019. After successfully navigating both a pandemic, and a film crew for Channel 4´s A New Life In The Sun, they are proud to now welcome you to this wonderful B&B, Casa KiSi. As hosts, Kirsty and Simon pride themselves on delivering a guest experience that consistently exceeds expectations so you can be confident in the best of welcomes and service levels during your stay. Also part of the Casa KiSi family are Derik and Bailey, the two Spanish Mastins. They remain separate from the main house, but would love to say hello if you want to meet them.
With the working village of Colmenar just a few minutes drive away, with it´s small but excellent honey museum open to the public in the centre, you can while away a peaceful morning with a coffee or two in the square. Casa KiSi really is an excellent place to base yourself while visiting Andalucia. Our guests have visited Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Jaen, Nerja, Ronda, Marbella, Malaga and all the villages in between whilst staying with us. There is so much to see and do when choosing Casa KiSi as your accommodation.
