Finca Can Rosa was originally built over 150 years ago and has been completely renovated recently, maintaining the typical "Ibicenco" style. It is located in a peaceful area, next to a pine forest and farmland, yet just 5 minutes from the nearest village. The house is very spacious, and each room has its own unique character, which adds to its charm. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a living room with a fireplace and a separate TV room. The master suite is incredible, featuring a bathroom with a jacuzzi. There is also a large space for group activities with a wooden floor, fully equipped for yoga. The outdoor areas are designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: a large dining table for al fresco meals, a barbecue area with a restored and functional traditional clay oven. There is a trampoline for children, a ping-pong table, a peaceful balcony with views where you can enjoy a glass of wine, and of course, a swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees. The parking area is spacious and enclosed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. Finca Can Rosa Ibiza is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. There is a small staff casita on the property, which means that team members may occasionally be present. However, guest privacy is our absolute priority. The staff casita has its own private entrance, separate access path, and is located on a closed-off part of the property fully separated from the guest area. Think of it as an added benefit: we’re nearby in case you need assistance, local tips, or support in any situation.

My name is Rosa, and I’m originally from the Netherlands. For many years, I’ve been drawn to the magical island of Ibiza — first as a visitor, and later as the organizer of various retreats. With a background in both project management and yoga, I combine structure with soul in everything I do. As the Host and Manager of Finca Can Rosa, my mission is to create a space where every guest feels truly at home and free to be themselves. Through the finca, I hope to share the essence of traditional Ibiza and, in doing so, give something back to the island that has given me so much. I have a deep love for nature, craftsmanship, and the beauty of cultures and traditions. My goal is to create unforgettable moments for each guest — the kind of memories that warm the heart and bring Ibiza vividly back to life, long after you’ve returned home.

Finca Can Rosa is located in the heart of the island, just a 4-minute drive from Santa Gertrudis, 20 minutes from Ibiza Town, and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The villa is surrounded by forest and offers stunning countryside views, including old windmills and beautiful open fields. It’s the perfect area for cycling and hiking, with scenic trails where you can experience the authentic Ibiza lifestyle. The nearest village, Santa Gertrudis, is just a 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of amenities — from banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies to a wide range of bars, a playground, an ice cream shop, and even summer festivals. San Miguel is also nearby, and the closest beaches include Puerto de San Miguel and Benirrás, where you can enjoy Ibiza’s famous sunsets. Ibiza may be a small island, but it’s full of activities for all ages.
