Property information

Nested in the center of the Picturesque village of Soller, this old town house with a wonderful garden has been beautifully restored by the recognized Mallorcan Architect studio AO Antonio Obrador. A home that has been in the family for over 100 years and its now open to our guests. Its 8 Suites and Rooms, all elegantly decorated in a Mallorquin style using old family furniture and modern elements, are equipped with AC, Heating and a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge throughout the property. We take very seriously the care of the environment and the drought problems suffered by the island in particular, so we will change bed linen every 7 days and towels every 3 days. Most of our products and bathroom amenities are locally sourced and sustainable. All our guests are welcome to enjoy our large garden with numerous sitting and dining spaces. This Beautiful Mallorquin Garden is cataloged for its ancient trees and its typical townhouse mallorquin design. Our outdoor shower is a good way to freshen up during the hot days. From the Garden you have Direct Access to the Local Market and Main Square. The town Square, Bars, Restaurants, Shops and The local market are all within less than a minute walking distance. The closest beach and an infinity of world famous hikes are only a few kms away.

Neighbourhood information

The old traditional town of Soller sits in the Valley de los Naranjos ( Valley of Oranges), that is part of the Tramuntana Mountain Range - UNESCO World Heritage. The Village is depicted by its green landscapes full of Olive and Orange Trees. The main square, Plaza de la Constitució, is Soller’s beating heart, lined with numerous cafes and restaurants and dominated by the Sant Bartomeu Church. The tram, which links, town and port, passes by frequently through this square. Ca’n Prunera Museu Modernista, located in an old art nouveau Mansion, houses a permanent collection of Art ( including Miquel Barceló, Kandinsly, Picasso, Warlhol) and temporary exhibitions. The Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences, the Jardí Botanic, a garden featuring many varieties of Balearic plants, are a short distance from the centre.
