Bright and stylish apartments in bohemian Gracia District. Close to the city center´s main Avenue Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is just few minutes walk from the emblematic tourist attractions such as La Pedrera , Casa Batlló and La Sagrada Familia, ideal for exploring the city on foot. The ceilings are high and the apartment is full of natural light. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The living room ceiling has the original Catalan Art Nouveau decorative mouldings. The apartments feature stylish design and modern amenities. They are perfect for enjoying the city and then relaxing at home. The building’s features include an elevator, complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite TV, air conditioning and all modern comforts.

Neighbourhood information

Squares, parks and, also, buildings with history. Gracia is the cradle of some of the most representative modernist buildings of modernist architecture in Barcelona. One of them is the Casa Vicens, the first work of Gaudí and former bourgeois residence. It is located on Carolines Street. Of narrow streets and with few vehicles, in Gràcia one breathes a small town atmosphere. There are many squares full of terraces and good atmosphere that characterize the neighborhood. There are plenty of theaters, cinemas, cultural centers and neighborhood stores where creativity is wasted.
