Apartments (different sizes and configurations depends of your travel team) 100% FOCUS ON FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, in the center of Barcelona. The building has a fantastic shared terrace with acess from 9am to 11pm, where you can relax and disconnect after your city tour. Views of the Ciutadella Park and good part of Barcelona.

The location of the apartments is excellent, just in front of the best, largest and most central park in the city, ​​the lung of Barcelona. It's next to the Born and Gothic area, not far from Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, and at only 10 minutes walking to Barcelona beaches!

- TOTAL silence is requested from 10pm to 8am, both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment immediately with no right to refund and losing your security deposit.

- NO MORE PEOPLE accepted than those foreseen in the reservation.

- Access to the common terrace exclusive for the clients of our different apartments, from 9:00am to 11:00pm (NO PEOPLE invited from outside).

- Late checkin extra costs to pay on arrival: From 21:00 to 23:00: 30 EUR. From 23:00 to 01:00: 40 EUR. All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. No option of checkin after 1am.

- When booking 2 units or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
