Property information

Located 150 meters from the beach, next to the Playa Serena Golf Course, a few minutes from the commercial and leisure area. In our apartments you will find everything you need for your holidays in the independence of "your" apartment, where you can be at home, remember the cleaning of the apartment will be done on the day of departure, without service during the stay. It will be penalized in the check out, the non-removal of waste and the dirty kitchen, as well as the loss, damage or theft of towels. It must be left in the same state that it is received.On arrival a deposit of 50 euros will be requested to cover possible damages, parties and noises that disturb the well-being of other clients are totally prohibited, after 00:00 hours, in case of infringing the rule the company may charge up to 350 euros as a penalty on the credit card provided. Our Apartments are fully equipped with the best amenities (fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and vitro) (Standard Apartment equipment variation, see characteristics) STANDARD APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ELEVATOR MAX HEIGHT. 3 floors
