Generoso piso familiar con 3 dormitorios. Baño y cocina algo anticuados pero funcionales. Salón acogedor con gran SmartTV y comedor. Bonita terraza con toldo eléctrico. Dos de los dormitorios dan a la parte trasera y tienen cerca el patio de un colegio. Se escuchan los niños al entrar por la mañana y en las pausas. Es una segunda planta sin ascensor. Parada de guaguas en la misma puerta. Muchos comercios y restaurentes en la zona

Muchos comercios, restaurantes y necogios de todo tipo. La parada de guaguas está justo en la entrada con buena frecuencia al Puerto de la Cruz. La parada de taxis a 50m.
