The apartment is located 2 steps from the old town in the ultra-modern and trendy Rotermann quarter, where you will find many delicious cafes and restaurants. It has a stunning view of the old city, from which it is just impossible to break away. Nearby there is everything you need: shopping centers, fitness clubs, restaurants and cafes with street terraces, where it's so good to hang out with a cocktail on a summer evening. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Modern kitchen with new appliances: dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, 4-burner induction cooker, oven, extractor hood, Bosh kettle and toaster, capsule coffee maker. There is also a Britta water filter. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe, bed 180x200, bedside tables. In the living room there is a TV with Internet access, a sofa with a sleeping place 190x80cm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. All necessary accessories: shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel, towels - you will find everything in the bathroom. The apartments also have air conditioning, which is very helpful to endure the hot summer days.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, in the beautiful and fashionable Rotermann quarter, combining historical and modern architecture, and rich in delicious restaurants and cafes, small shops, just a two-minute walk from the old town and Viru Square, as well as within walking distance to the port. Here you will find a variety of tastes and opportunities to spend interesting leisure time. In the neighboring building there is the Metropol SPA hotel, on the ground floor of the building there is the Nomad restaurant and the Urban bar, as well as in the building itself or in the neighboring houses you will find beauty services, shops and cafes. The large and stylish Viru shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, there are several fitness clubs in the area, a tram stop that goes directly to the airport right there in front of the house. The Rotermann quarter is car-free, so it is very pleasant to walk and spend time with family and friends.
