The apartment is both close to nature and has good public transport connections to the rest of the city. If you come by car there is free parking on the street. The apartment is equipped with essentials and other necessary household items. THE SPACE: Completely private, well-equipped studio apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. ROOMS: The apartment includes two rooms: one for the sauna and bathroom and the other for bedroom, kitchen and seating area, and the entry, which is separated from the rest of the room with a big closet to store your belongings. The first room: the kitchen area includes a fridge, electric stove with four hob plates, microwave, a kettle, and necessary kitchenware and dinnerware; the sleeping area includes a queen sized bed (200x160), a bedside table and a table lamp; in the room, there is also a table that can be used in two sizes: as a low coffee table (45cm) or as a regular dining table (75cm); the table is accompanied with two chairs; lastly, there are open and closed shelves on the wall for storing your items. The second room: the bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower cabin, toilet, sink, washing machine, a small heated drying rack, and a wood-fired sauna. Bed sheets and towels are provided. OTHER INFO: Guests have their own separate entrance with a small staircase leading down. The apartment is located on the bottom floor, halfway below ground surface. It is a south-facing apartment so when the sun shines, despite its lower level, it is well-lighted. The windows have a view to the garden. In the garden there are plenty of plants and flowers; and behind the house you can find a shared garden area. There is also a swing for kids.

TRANSPORT: public transport (tram stop and different bus stops) are within walking distance; 1,5km - Balti jaam (railway station); ~7km - Tallinn Airport. LOCATION: close to nature and the seaside; it is a 25min walk to get to the closest beach (Stroomi beach - 2km); the next closest beach is Pikakari beach, which is 4,3km away (25min by bus); 3min from the closest store and 5–10min from other supermarkets; you can find some places for coffee or for food nearby; there is free parking on the street. ATTRACTIONS: 2,5km - The Old Town (35min by foot); 2,5km - The Seaplane Harbour (museum); 4km - Tallinn Zoo; 5km - Kadriorg park and museum; 6km - Estonian Open Air Museum; 6km - Maarjamäe palace; Guests can ask for more recommendations upon arrival.
