The city center of Neuwied offers a wonderful blend of historical heritage and modern culture. Along the banks of the Rhine, you'll find attractions such as the dike, the elegant Raiffeisenbrücke (Raiffeisen Bridge), and the imposing Pegelturm (Gauge Tower). Take a stroll on the dike's crest and enjoy the picturesque view of the river. One absolute highlight is the Castle of the Princes of Wied, where the family still resides today. Just a few steps from Market Street, you'll reach the pedestrian zone, where you'll find numerous cafes and shops. The apartment is located in close proximity to the marketplace and offers a fantastic view of the Market Church.

1. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

4. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.

8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
