The villa was built in 2015 with the highest quality construction on a 917 sq m plot. The light-filled rooms offer relaxation and recreation for a holiday with the whole family and feature modern furnishings. The ground floor features a large living and dining area, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a whirlpool, as well as a shower room and a relaxation room. The attic floor features two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

Nestled in the spacious, tranquil surroundings of the holiday home complex in Vaschvitz, this charming holiday villa is an ideal retreat for relaxing days amidst untouched nature. Just 300 meters away is the Bodden, whose shores invite you to long walks and quiet moments. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the expansive Bodden landscape and the adjacent bird sanctuary – a paradise for nature lovers. A nearby natural beach completes the offering, promising peace and relaxation far from the hustle and bustle. In about 15 kilometers, you can reach the famous Schaabe – Rügen's most beautiful and largest Baltic Sea beach, which captivates with its impressive natural scenery, via the Wittow ferry. For daily needs, a supermarket is located about 13 kilometers away. Fresh rolls for a delicious breakfast are conveniently available at the hotel, which is within walking distance.
