This family-run hotel and restaurant near Regensburg’s university, clinic, and botanical gardens is just 1.5 km from the old quarter and attractions including the famous cathedral. The Hotel-Restaurant Wiendl offers classic-style rooms with neutral décor and solid wooden furniture. Rooms include a cable TV. Freshly-caught fish and traditional Bavarian dishes are served in Wiendl’s cosy restaurant. Guests can choose to dine in the elegant main dining room, Bauernstub’n lounge or Grüne Stube room. Visitors are welcome to take advantage of the hotel’s free parking spaces, and you can even leave your bike in the secure storage cellar. A bus stop is just 50 metres from the hotel and provides a direct link to the city centre and Regensburg Central Train Station within 5 minutes.
