This is not a hotel but a fantastic private residence (but don't worry, we won`t be around during your stay ;). The house is bright and warm and spacious. And well equipped and located in a nice neighbourhood. It has 4,96 stars out of 26 reviews on airbnb. 3 kids rooms and the workshop in the basement are not for the guests to use, the rest is all yours. We are well equipped to host large groups such as family reunions, the BLUE MAN GROUP christmas dinner or bachelor parties (provided that everything is handled with care and that you only smoke outside). Up to 6 people can sleep in 2 regular beds and there are 2 sofa beds for 2 guys each. More guests can be accommodated on comfortable airbeds. Cologne-Junkersdorf is one of the nicest and most asked for residential areas in Cologne. The infrastructure is very good: all kind of shops of daily needs, cafés and restaurants are in the nearby surroundings. We are located in a sharenow zone (carsharing app) and enjoy good access to the public transport system. The next bus stop is around the corner and it is a 10-15 minutes walk to the next tram station. According to google maps, the travel times are (depending on traffic): City Center (Rudolphplatz): 27 minutes with public transport, 18 minutes with car / taxi. City Center (Dom/Main Station): 38 minutes with public transport, 22 minutes with car / taxi. Station Deutz/ Messe (trade fair): 39 minutes with public transport, 20 minutes with car / taxi. Cologne / Bonn Airport: 58 minutes with public transport, 20 minutes with car / taxi.
