Welcome to our design maisonette near the lake – your stylish retreat full of character, charm, and space to breathe. This 2-storey apartment (~115 m²) accommodates up to 7 people – ideal for families, groups, couples, or business travelers. Upstairs: an open studio level with panoramic windows, cozy box spring bed area (with reversible mattresses – adjustable firmness), relaxation zone with electric fireplace, sofa bed, reading chairs, and desk. Downstairs: another bedroom with double bed and baby cot, a living room with a pull-out sofa and Smart TV, and a balcony with a green view. Separate kitchen (14 m²), fully equipped for short and long stays: → Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer → Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, coffee grinder → Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices Modern bathroom with shower, bidet, two sinks, and WC. Plus: a large private terrace (approx. 60 m²) with pavilion, seating area, sun loungers and BBQ – perfect for relaxing, reading or a shared BBQ. Two free parking spots directly in front of the house – no height or length restrictions. Quiet yet central location in Heiligenwald – Netto 300 m, forest lakes 1.2 km, Gondwana Park 2 km, Neunkirchen 6 km, Saarbrücken 25 km. House Rules – for a harmonious stay We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment or on the balcony. For your comfort, we’ve set up a cozy smoking area in the garden.
