Stay in our beautiful apartment house in Munich and enjoy the Bavarian capital. It features 58 fully equipped apartments ranging from 20–54 sqm. The building is just a short walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and close to the business district. A wide selection of nearby restaurants and shops provides the perfect setting for an ideal stay. Public transport is just a few minutes away, giving you quick and easy access to explore the city. In the laundry room, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee.

Highly convenient: Shops, restaurants, and cafés can be found nearby on Elsenheimerstraße. Very close to the business district around Donnersbergerbrücke. Public transport & distances: Just a 2-minute walk to the Westendstraße underground station (U4 & U5, bus line 130, tram line 18), and a 7-minute walk to the Heimeranplatz S-Bahn station (S7 & S20, bus lines 62 & 63). Additional information: Underground parking is available for an additional fee.
