Welcome to our beautiful Villa Talya, newly renovated and designed with love and notice to the small details.
Our villa is perfectly situated in a charming alley, in the stunning Coral Bay area. Just a short stroll from the famous Coral Bay Beach and within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and all essential amenities, our villa offers both convenience and charm.
The villa is generously sized and features four fully equipped suites, each with its own private bathroom. Three of the suites have straight access to a balcony. Two of them are located on the ground floor, making them ideal for those who prefer fewer stairs.
Outside you'll find a beautiful 4x8 meter private pool surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, with a relaxing and truly special atmosphere. Multiple seating areas—both sun-drenched and shaded—are scattered throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces, giving you plenty of spots to unwind in peace.
The modern kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, and a barbecue area near the pool adds the perfect touch for alfresco dining and relaxed evenings.
You’ll find free parking inside the villa, as well as in our quiet alley.

I’m married to an amazing supporting and loving husband and have three beautiful children. My middle daughter is with special needs and handicapped.
My parents are from Cape Town South Africa and it is in my genes to eat red meat and drink wine. I love hearing different English accents and connecting with different people. I love children and babies and have been an English teacher for the last 30 years.
One of my dreams was to have my own villa and host people. My dream came true when we bought this villa in coral bay which suits perfectly my own family holidays since it can include all of us.
Came to paphos Cyprus for the first time last year and fell in love with the place and the people.
