You will be welcomed by environmentally friendly design features with elements of wood and natural stone to create a cozy ambiance. The personal balconies (2 and 3 bedroom apartments) and large living areas guarantee a breathtaking view of the Surselva valley and local mountain range.

Welcome to the Farmhouse! We are the Evans family and we own and operate the Farmhouse in Sedrun, Switzerland. We are Swiss and American with two young boys and a crazy dog. In the summer of 2017 while camping in Disentis, Switzerland with our two young boys we discovered the Surselva region for the first time and instantly fell in love. In 2021 we had the opportunity to buy the Farmhouse and convert it to a vintage lodge that we could share with our friends and family. The Farmhouse is named after the college restaurant in Raleigh, N.C. where we met and started our lives together. It is also meant to embody those same principles of life – engage, thrive, cherish, explore, love. The Farmhouse is not only a building, it is a chapter of life that should be redeemed.
The Farmhouse is located next to one of the best restaurants in the area (Cuschina Menono) and directly across from one of the main hiking and cross country access points. The train station in Sedrun is 7 minutes walking distance and the gondola is a 15 minute walk. There is also a private gondola directly across from the house. Ski area Dieni is 3 minutes away by car or train. Numerous hiking trails are within walking distance to the area.
