Here, a cozy atmosphere with high-quality amenities awaits you, ideal for relaxing days and restful nights. The bright living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable leather sofa, a 75-inch TV, as well as Netflix and Apple TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need, from basic ingredients to a coffee machine and a blender – perfect for enjoying breakfast with a lake view. The master bedroom pampers you with a king-size box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for optimal sleep comfort, while the second bedroom offers two brand-new single box spring beds (90 x 200 cm). In the separate office area, you’ll find a computer with a printer, essential office supplies, and even an exercise bike – ideal if you want to mix work and vacation. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer. An additional guest WC adds to the convenience. On the small but charming balcony with rattan furniture, you can enjoy the magnificent lake view, and smoking is permitted here. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort – your ideal retreat on Lake Constance!
