Enjoy easy access to bus station, recreational center, walking trail and so much more in this one-bedroom private basement Apartment. You have access to your own three piece bathroom, sitting room and balcony at the back. Please note: the recliner in the picture is not reclining just a leather chair for sitting and relaxing only. Our stove is three face hot plate and not Four. There is a family upstairs with two children and they are in bed by 9 pm latest. I am open to any inquiries or need
