Dotato di parcheggio privato custodito e gratuito, e di eleganti suite con connessione Wi-Fi, anch'essa gratuita, il NE5T occupa un'antica casa colonica circondata da un ampio giardino con terrazza arredata e situata a 30 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Charleroi. Caratterizzati da pareti in mattoni, mobili di design e luci soffuse, gli alloggi presentano tutti un grande salotto con TV a schermo piatto, una scrivania, uno spogliatoio e un bagno con vasca, doccia, servizi igienici, pantofole e set di cortesia. Ogni mattina il ristorante Table du Ne5t prepara un ricco buffet per la colazione con cereali, uova, caffè, tè, succo d'arancia fresco, prosciutto, vari formaggi e marmellate biologiche, mentre a cena propone piatti tradizionali francesi. Il NE5T dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Namur, circa 10 km da un campo da golf e 4 km dal casinò di Namur.
