Set in a monumental building in the centre of Ypres, Hotel Main Street offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and large flat-screen TVs. It serves an extensive breakfast every morning. Each room comes with large box spring beds, air conditioning and free usage of a well-stocked minibar. Guests benefit from a Nespresso coffee machine, a DVD player and free choice of DVDs. Some of the rooms have a whirlpool, a terrace or a flat-screen TV in the design bathroom. Guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet including local meats, cheeses, juices, sparkling wine, home made breads, rice porridge and fruit salad. A menu with hot dishes like poached eggs, black pudding with onion and apples can be ordered as well. For dinner, several restaurants are located in the nearby area of Main Street. The honesty bar offers free coffee and tea with something sweet and a selection of drinks. For warm days, a colourful terrace-garden is available. Ypres’ shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walking of the hotel. Ieper Open Golf Club is 2.2 km away.
