Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Welcome to Woody’s Bach! with only a 5-minute drive from Woody Point jetty - this striking 3-bedroom holiday home is a perfect getaway for family, friends and even beloved fur babies. There is also an additional bathroom with a single toilet only downstairs. The laundry has a washing machine and washing powder provided. The lounge room has a smart TV with a beautiful rustic décor bar. Air conditioning upstairs that will go throughout the whole house including downstairs. With the Redcliffe Jetty only 10 minutes away, get ready for wonderful activities such as the Redcliffe markets where you can enjoy the bustling atmosphere, or you can have a lovely meal at the Redcliffe RSL.
