This 1905 Cottage is located close to Unley and King William Road Cafes, only a short 400m walk to shopping and transport. The home has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped should you wish to showcase your culinary skills or wash your clothes. Two of the bedrooms contain desks and monitors should guests need to connect to a screen and do some work. You will be very comfortable all year round with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, double glazed doors in the family room and ceiling fans throughout. Free internet, free to air tv and free access to subscription services eg Prime & Paramount. There is parking for 3 cars, 2 or which are undercover and all off street. Tranquillity can be found in your private, well maintained backyard with undercover entertaining area or in the community park opposite which is a perfect place to meet people or enjoy fruit from the many fruit trees. It is a beautiful location and very convenient to the city, local pubs and restaurants.
I enjoy providing a clean and restful space where guests can appreciate the wonderful city that Adelaide is. A place to unwind from a day exploring the many exciting events and places or having caught up with family and friends. Having travelled and stayed in many holiday homes I can appreciate a guest's experience and hope to provide this to them. Great communication, a loved and well maintained property and everything you need.
The neighbourhood is very pretty and very safe. The people are friendly and the location is beautiful. 400m to the local shopping centre Where you will find groceries, cafes, banks, hairdressers, fruit and vegetables, clothes, butcher, bakery... 500m to the local bus stop Which is out the front of the shopping centre 3 min drive to local tram stop (15-20min walk) 600m to where the Tour Down Under is held (King William Rd) 3km to CBD (7mins in the car or a 20-30min walk) 15min drive to the airport 11min drive to Adelaide Oval 5 min drive to Adelaide Show Grounds 8 min drive to Adelaide Central Markets 15min walk to Adelaide Parklands
