We are a retired couple who have just started out on our hosting journey. We aim to provide a clean, safe and quiet environment for our guest's enjoyment of our facilities. We respect your privacy at all times. BUT If you have any issues please call us immediately, we will try and help with any enquiries to make your stay at our property more relaxing and enjoyable. We have a great location for our units named Kennington One, and Kennington Two. Both Units have private entrances, they both have private kitchens and laundry, plus outdoor areas to enjoy peace and sunshine in a safe, quiet environment. Also guests have the ability to book both units together for large groups and families, this option is called Kennington Complete on the booking site. The units are close to a large number of amenities, the city CBD, Latrobe University, Art Gallery, Museum. Large shopping centre at Kennington 1.5km away, fast food and coffee easy to find and close at hand. Kennington One no pets. Kennington Two is pet friendly as it has a large, safe secure yard for small dogs. Please add your pet when booking, as there is an extra fee when you your stay with your pets.
