Locals Mark and Sophie have spent years exploring the amazing beaches and hinterland here on the Sunshine Coast. However, they noted that some areas lacked the accommodation they were looking for. After purchasing the block and having 100 questions on what we planned to do with it… the number one suggestion from locals was accommodation, and so Kenilworth Accommodation was born! The first stage in this project is Kenilworth Country Cabins. Following 18 months of hard work behind the scenes by all involved, we had approval for 6 cabins on 2 Philip Street Kenilworth! A short time later we added another larger cabin to our fleet just 250m away, known as Anne Street Hideaway. Beautiful and effortless accommodation that includes everything you need to explore this area. Behind the BP and across the road from the Kenilworth Hotel. The perfect location in the heart of town, with our 7th Cabin, Anne Street Hideaway, just 250m away in Anne street.

Family owned and run these cabins are a great place to stay in the Sunshine Coast’s beautiful hinterland. The ideal stay for those attending one of the many beautiful wedding venues in the area. Just a short trip by car will have you lifting your glass to some of the most picturesque wedding scenes on offer. We also have a 21 seater bus that is available for Charter or Hire if you would prefer not to drive. Looking for a little more adventure just a short car ride is Booloumba Creek where you can relax and cool off in the refreshing water. There are also a range of hikes in the surrounding National Parks.

Neighbourhood information

Just a short walk from Kenilworth Country cabins is the main street and the many attractions it has to offer. Looking to explore some great eateries there is Nanna McGinn’s coffee shop, a favourite of the locals, the famous Kenilworth Bakery, Kenilworth Dairies with enough cheese and yoghurt to satisfy any craving. Also in town is Kenilworth Pizza open in the latter half of the week or looking for a feed and a beverage check out Kenilworth Brewery. The ideal stay for those attending one of the many beautiful wedding venues in the area. Just a short trip by car will have you lifting your glass to some of the most picturesque wedding scenes on offer. Looking for a little more adventure just a short 4WD drive is Booloumba Creek where you can relax and cool off in the refreshing water. There are also a range of hikes in the surrounding National Parks.
