Waldhaus Opitz is located 200 metres below the Schmittenhöhe and Sonnenalmbahn cable cars, about 1,2 km from the centre of Zell am See. It offers self catering accomodation including a garden, free parking and free WiFi. Most apartments at Waldhaus Opitz have a balcony with mountain views. In winter, you can ski right down to the ski room of the Waldhaus Opitz, which features a drying facility for ski boots. A ski rental is a 5-minute walk away. The ski bus stop is only 50 metres away and takes guests to the ski areas Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach and Areitbahn.
