These bright apartments are well arranged and fully-airconditioned. They are in the upper floors of the villa and provide sound-proof windows. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole apartment. It is fully furnished and fully-equiped and links old and new interior elements. We call that “The newPAST”. The spacious living room with a flatscreen TV (Netflix included), a comfortable couch and nice seatings is a perfect place to relax. The kitchen offers, besides a big dining table, full equipment including an Espresso – and a filter coffee machine, water boiler, dish washer, sink, induction cooker with a baking oven and a toaster. The modern bath room provides a rain shower head and a hand shower as well as a hair dryer. A baby bed is available on request.
We are Nevin and Alex, your hosts! We renovated this 19th century villa with all our passion and dedication, just as we envisaged it. Functional and esthetic. Combining the historical aura of the building with contemporary, modern elements lead us to innovative solutions. The creative hustle and bustle of Vienna calms down in the villa’s garden. We appreciate the multiple cultural influences, which enable Vienna’s unique cultural diversity. We wanted to catch this energy also in our villa. This makes us your proud hosts!
The apartments are situated in a family – and children-friendly villa from the 19th century, which is top-renovated and has its own garden. The historical villa is well located. The center of Vienna with its excellent museums, famous theaters and concert halls, exclusive shops as well as relaxed bars and diverse restaurants is only 15 minutes away by tram. The Meidlinger Einkaufsstraße is within a 10-minutes walk. The Naschmarkt one of the biggest and most popular markets in Vienna and the historic highlight Schloss Schönbrunn, are both close to the apartment. And after an exciting day in Vienna you can turn on the grill and relax in the garden.
