The Scheutz family welcomes you to their 65 m² bungalow. It has 4 rooms for 1-6 people. The bungalow is ideal for 4 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. 1 bedroom with double bed (2 m x 1.8 m), 1 bedroom with double bed (2 m x 1.4 m), The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a cosy dining area, an oven, a hob, a microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are also available for use free of charge. Living room with cable TV, wall cupboard and sofa (suitable for up to 2 children). A terrace and lawn invite you to relax after your activities. Non-smoking apartment.

This bungalow is located in sunny Bad Ischl, the European Capital of Culture 204, close to the town centre. A supermarket (approx. 500 m) and a bakery (approx. 300 m) are only a few minutes' walk away. A quiet bridge over the expressway/bypass opens up a variety of hiking opportunities from the accommodation via the popular Sterzen's Abendsitz. Cyclists are welcome and can store their bikes in the garage. The centre of Bad Ischl (approx. 900 m) and the train station (approx. 650 m) are also within easy walking distance. The bungalow was built in 2016 and, with 2 parking spaces directly at the house, is an ideal starting point for countless hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.
