Our sustainably built guesthouse combines style, comfort, and environmental awareness. The exterior features larch wood for natural warmth, while interior details made from stone pine create a cozy atmosphere. The newly built house offers two separate apartments – one is fully accessible with a terrace, the other features a private balcony. The ground-floor unit includes three bedrooms named after iconic figures like Marlene Dietrich, Charlie Chaplin, and Coco Chanel. Guests can enjoy a spacious garden, barbecue area, ping-pong table, and secure storage for bikes and motorcycles. Three covered parking spaces with EV charging stations (also for e-bikes) and electricity from our own solar panels provide modern convenience. Major ski resorts like Ischgl, Serfaus, and St. Anton are reachable within about 45 minutes. A family-friendly ski area is nearby in Imst. Shops are just 2 km away, and the nearest bus stop is right around the corner.
