The fine print
Please note that for all bookings over New Year’s Eve 2025, a compulsory charge of AED 1200 per adult and AED 600 for children (6 -12) applies on 31 December 2025. This charge includes a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and is non-refundable.
Guests up to 12 years are considered children. Any guest 13 years of age or older will be regarded as an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.
A damage deposit of AED 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Early departure is subject to 2-night charges + taxes. Guest required to show original ID and credit card upon check in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
