Rooms are big and clean. One has a little place above the bed, so they can put some of their stuff there; which is wonderful. Windows are big and have a nice view, toilets are clean, a more than filling breakfast is included. Nothing to complain honestly, recommended to everyone!

Situata proprio sulle rive del pittoresco lago Eugenisee, la Pension St. Jakob dista 800 m dal centro di Engelberg e 5 minuti a piedi dalla funivia di Engelberg. The room that was given was a Bigger room than the expected one. It was more spacious and comfortable. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The Location is near to the train station. The Breakfast was Excellent. Having stayed here before in 2017, I preferred to stay again. Special meal was cooked in 2017 on my Son's Birthday and on my request it was cooked again this time (It happened I was in Engelberg on same dates again)

Lovely volunteers were welcoming and understanding . Staff were thoughtful and made sure your stay was good. Location was absolutely extraordinary! Loved it so much! Kind and relaxed host, very welcoming Many lovely experiences to have there, like music near the campfire or reading a book and admiring the mountains Homely feel.
