Very clean and in a great location. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The owners were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I stayed in the dorm room and also in the private room. Both were clean and very comfortable beds. Everything was great and I highly recommend staying at Matcha House Jomtiem

Awesome hostel! Super cozy and spacious. You can grab fresh juice right at the reception, and there’s an amazing Hainanese chicken place next door – rice, broth, the whole deal. So good. They’ve also got mini-golf in the common area, a big TV, and solid Wi-Fi :) It’s right on Sukhumvit, so you can get anywhere in Pattaya without getting stuck in traffic.

I like this hostel. The owner and the administration are friendly. I got the bottom bunk with a curtain. It is very important for me to have personal space, so my stay in this place was very comfortable. The bed linen and towel were clean. The shower has very good water pressure, it feels like a light hydromassage. The guests of this hostel are all kind and friendly guys. It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea, very close. After I wake up early in the morning I go to the embankment to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and palm trees. It charges me for the whole day. Since the hostel is located on a street with bars, it is quite noisy in the evening. To sleep soundly, I use earplugs. If you like parties and bars, this is the perfect place for you. Across the street from the hostel is a market with a variety of food, and also right in this building is a super market 7-11. Very good price for such a chic location. I like the atmosphere of this hostel and I will come back here again.

The owner very friendly and helpful the room was quite spacious and comfortable.The owner always checked if we wanted breakfast and free coffee or tea. Very close to everything bars restaurants and lots of street food and street sellers selling clothes and bags etc very close to beach the area was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night

I was surprised to find the location is in the heart of Jomtien . Location is amazing near everything near the beach. 711 , many bars and restaurants and near bus station to Bangkok. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Place is so clean and quiet. With kitchen microwave and fridge, coffee maker . It has beautiful Terrace and living room with TV. Bed are comfy, lamp and power plug available. It's new place all clean and for the price it's all good.

    It has the exact same name of the adjacent Hostel just adding the "& Guesthouse". This is the bad one though. Sketchy room on the third floor of a beauty salon in a prostitution street. There is balcony, fridge and kettle. no socket for charging on the bed. BOOK on the JOMTIEN BEACH HOSTEL just next door, that's the one you were looking for. This is not even that cheap if you think that with 3-400 baht you can find private rooms.

    A very good placed hostel in Soi 7, were also the gym is. Gym included was very good. Nice with a balcony. The bathroom is big. This is my second time at this hostel and they have changed the pillow and blanket since i were here the last time, and also new toiletseat. So they upgrade or fix things which is very nice. The host is a pleasent Danish man. All in all a very nice stay to a cheap price in a good area in Jomtien.
