Such a lovely place with such a good vibe !! Everything was perfect, the room, the villa, the lake, boat and bike for free, the breakfast, the staff !!! I have nothing else to say than PERFECT ♥️ I highly recommend The Lake House if you want to escape the crowd of Hikkaduwa, this place is a little paradise in the middle of the jungle 🤍

My stay there was truly amazing the Hostel owner is a really chilled guy and the whole atmosphere is just really welcoming and familiar Nice people, good food and well located Also the place is huge and the area for the morning Yoga is absolutly beautiful!

Our stay at White House was absolutely amazing, the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka by a mile. The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. We spent five days here and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The highlight of our stay was the host, who treated us like a family and made us feel so welcome. The staff were friendly,helpful and their when ever I needed help. The hostel was just the right distance away from town but close enough to the beach. I definitely needed the mosy nets they had over each bed.

The location, view and staff were all great. Nice food and really nice dorm rooms for the cheap price. Really impressed with the size of the bathroom and clean crisp white sheets. Owner is a good man

Excellent location next to bus and train stations. Staff were very nice, very friendly, chatty and helpful. Room was brand new; very clean and comfortable. Bar serves great meals.
