The service staff is very kind. The facilities provided in the hotel are very complete. The double room is comfortable and soundproofed at night. I don't need to wear earplugs. The transportation is very convenient. It is 3 to 5 minutes away from the train station. I recommend it to all travelers coming to Venice. Come and stay at this hotel, which is only 10 minutes away from the island by train.

Very clean, helpful staff. We accidentally pulled alarm rope in the toilet but thanks to a guy from the staff who came fast and helped to switch it off.

The vibe... You could go to the lobby and make friends within minutes.. Didn't feel awkward or left out at all.. The cages under the bed is a really good idea!! It really is a super clean place,, nest and tidy,, I felt safe the entire time.. If it's your first time going to a hostel,, rest assured,, you would love it here.. It's like one massive sleep over!!*
