Brand new hostel. Well ran. Very clean. Built well on 5 floors. Busy but not noisy. Rooms are very comfortable. We had a private twin room.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the tram station that connects directly to the main bus station! Friendly personnel, free food for basic needs which decreases travel expenses drastically if you are on a budget!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The location is great (very near to Santa María Novella and to the city center). Great reaturants in the area as well. The staff is super friendly. The bedroom was huge and confortable. I also used their laundry service and it was really great (4€ washing and 4€ drying). There are 2 terrace: one on the ground floor that is beautiful with a garden and another one in the first floor super sunny. Breakfast wasn't available, but you could use for free the coffee machines in the cafeteria and to fill your bottle with fresh water. I could also leave my luggage there before my check in and after the check out. On top of that, they allowed me to stay a bit in the living room while waiting for my night transport. I totally recommend to stay here if you visit Florence!
