I have had couple of surgeries before having to have stayed at Kochill. Babu helped me every time of every day. He looked after me in a very calm and non intrusive way. He was always there for every request that I made as a recovering patient. And he was really helpful and affable with other guests too. The entire staff of this place has 5/5 starts from me. Fantastic hostel! The owner is the nicest guy ever, he will do his best to make your stay very comfortable. There is information about tours and performances in the hostel, kitchen, fridge, laundry, everything you need for a comfortable stay. I arrived very early from a night bus and he allowed me to take the bed early and sleep which was very kind of him. I VERY much recommend this hostel. Thank you for everything!

I enjoyed my time in the Bunk House hostel. Hostel staff: Hostel staff was very helpful and had a list of recommended places to dance, to eat, to sightsee. Location: Bunk House hostel is located in the heart of Fort Kochi, touristic district. Cafes, restaurants, shops, clubs and main touristic sightseeing places are around the hostel. I even found local bank with ATM in the neighbor street. Kochi beach was in 10 minutes of walking distance from the hostel. Common space: There was a very comfortable living room with tables, chairs, sofas and seats. Me and other foreigners and locals were having good discussions there. There was a bar/kitchen kinda room near the shower. I saw local tourists were having some food there. I joined them for conversation. Bedroom: There were several bunk beds, an air conditioner, a fan, a mirror, a WINDOW with fresh air, lockers in my bedroom. Each bed has a socket/plug to charge phone/laptop and light. Shower with toilet: There are several separate male/female showers with toilets. There was no hot water in the shower, but it was fine for me as it was very hot outside. Wi-Fi: Good free wi-fi worked very well everywhere in the hostel. Hostel was clean and nice. Hostel is the same as in booking.com pictures.

Had a blast at the hosteller oceans edge. The staff were incredibly helpful and always up for a good time. Keerthi a staff member even helped us with great recommendations for our next stop. I had so much fun playing games and hanging out. It's in a great location near to everything and the rooms are nice. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Fort Kochi. Ps loved the pool table

Very sociable hostel - but not a big party vibe which I loved. The staff, in particular Joe & Naijeen were super friendly and helpful and there's always some activity to join in with. They brought us out on trips to local attractions and helped us sort out scooters for the journey, even organising birthday cake on a whim for some friends! Rooms were comfortable with air con & a fan and plenty of space for your stuff. Also space on the roof to hang out or do some yoga! Would highly recommend staying here I had a wonderful stay 😊
