The staffs are very friendly, greetings whenever you're at sight. I wonder if talking to guests is one of their KPI : ) Snooze seems like a homestay brand in some tourist cities in Indonesia with same interior style - green plants wall painting in room, wood and rattan furniture and decorations in public area, vibrant garden full of real green plants - which can make you really snooze!

This was one of the best hostels we stayed at in Indonesia! The staff was incredibly kind, and the place was immaculate. We loved the self check-in system, which was very convenient as we arrived late at night. The Ijen tour we booked through them was well-organized, and they also helped us arrange transport to Malang.
