Beautiful historic mud house very well renovated and decorated! The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of palm trees and on the mountain. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. Great stay at Alqalah Inn!

Misfah is a special place and our stay at the Heritage House a Highlight of our trip to Oman. Ahmed gave us a tour through the „museum“ of the house which was really special and interesting. The rooms were tastefully decorated in line with the history of this magical place. Dinner was great as well. The gardens of Misfah are a magical place and Transport you back in time. A must stop-over in Oman and good overnight place for hiking the balcony walk.

The host was amazing, very friendly, he gave us a lot of information to plan our further journey, showed us his fantastic garden and cared a lot about us. The food was very tasty, cooked by his sister. The host has a great honey shop with different honeys and high quality souvenirs.

Beautiful place in a restored traditional clay house located in an incredible panorama. Dinner and breakfast are served on a terrace with a great view and are tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner introduced himself during dinner and invited us to a complementary tour through his museum in the morning, which was also brilliant. He is writing a book about the history of Misfat, so he had lots of knowledge and interesting stories to tell. Highly recommend this place!
