The infinity pool couldn’t have been any better, it was a surreal experience being in a pool and looking over downtown KL. The rooms were spotless and very spacious with everything just in the right place. Living room, the view from the huge glass windows of the room was nothing short of breathtaking.

This made my arrival stress-free. The check-in process was well organized. I appreciated the pictures and instructions that made it easy to find the entrance, mailbox, and unit. The host also shared a visitor QR code in advance in case security asked, which was very helpful. The apartment itself was neat and comfortable. Wifi was reliable, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and Sky Garden were an added bonus. I was also allowed to use the washing machine, which made my longer journey more convenient. What stood out most was the host’s hospitality. They patiently guided me when I had questions, promptly came downstairs to assist me upon arrival, and kindly accommodated a late checkout when I felt unwell. Their friendly and gracious attitude made me feel at home. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with a very caring host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you value clear communication, comfort, and thoughtful hosting
