Struttura splendida, recentemente ristrutturata ed arredata con molto gusto. Appartamenti spaziosi con dotazione più che adeguata. Bellissima la vista dalle stanze e dalla piscina. Bellissima anche la posizione: Perast è un piccolo gioiello ancora (e speriamo per sempre) incontaminato dall'edilizia selvaggia che purtroppo sta deturpando tutta la costa montenegrina. Pace e tranquillità garantite pur con la vicinanza di tutti i servizi e le varie possibili attività. Tariffa non economica, ma rapporto qualità/prezzo più che giustificato. Ana e la sua collaboratrice sono state molto cortesi e disponibili facendo del loro meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più gradevole possibile, permettendoci anche di usufruire delle aree esterne comuni dopo il check-out, poichè avevamo il volo di rientro nel tardo pomeriggio.

The apartment is beautiful and the little terrace made it feel so cozy as if it was your own home. We didn’t know there was a festival during our visit and so, on our last night, the whole city was bustling with a couple of Djs and a concert. We thought we were going to have issues sleeping, however, we couldn’t hear a thing inside the apartment! But what really stands out here is the service; we arrived at 7AMish (we took a night bus) and they did everything possible to have our room ready at 12noon. After breakfast and walking around the city for a bit, we were able to wait on their terrace and they greeted us with a plate of grapes from their own garden and very valuable information about Kotor. Communication during our stay was always on point, plus they messaged us some wonderful restaurant recommendations - we loved this!! Overall, they made our stay easy and enjoyable with their top notch service. Thanks for everything!

Situato a Kotor (Cattaro), a 8,5 km da Porta del Mare (Ingresso Principale), Villa Aronija offre una vista sulla montagna. Building is away from a busy road and therefore peaceful which we like. Birdsong very nice as plenty of trees around with very good views of the Bay of Kotor . We enjoyed watching the cruise ships arriving and departing. We use buses so it is convenient for bus stops both directions, which are just down the short lane from the accommodation. There is a small shop within 10 minutes walking along the idyllic beach front. There are a few supermarkets en route to Kotor itself so no need to go into Kotor where it can be very busy with traffic and tourists. Alexander, the host, was efficient in telling us information about the buses and amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment we had for 4 nights was stylish, spacious and we were able to cook on the hob. We didn't use the dishwasher as the sink area is adequate. We walked to St George church about a mile away or so. We also caught a Blueline bus to Perast which is very picturesque but can be heavy with tourists, just like Kotor, so choose your time! It all depends what type of holiday you want, although lying on a beach sunbathing and swimming is obviously a delight here at certain times of the year. There are boat trips, walking possibilities and scenic sightseeing in this area. The village is called Orahovac which is a charming, quiet - through road traffic notwithstanding - an unassuming place which stands in stark contrast to the surging tourist crowds of Kotor town and Perast ( mainly from the cruise ships that dock in the Bay every day) so it depends on what you want from a holiday on the Bay of Kotor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The ambiance of the hotel was great. Although it was quite noisy outside, once the windows were closed, no sound could be heard. They also offered us a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. I’m very happy that we chose this place.

Our apartments was a little gem, clean, and our host was very nice, and supportive with any kind of questions. Absolutely recommended☺️ Plus extra point: dog friendly place😍🐾
