It was really peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Simply marvelous the amount of variety we got. Thank you so much.

Lake House Home Stay mette a disposizione alloggi a 2 km dal centro di Anuradhapura e ha un giardino e una terrazza. It was a great location, surrounded by nature and slightly outside of Anzradhapura. The breakfast and evening meal was 10 out of 10- the Hosts mother in law cooked and so far the best Food i had in Sri Lanka. The Host organised Tours for us and the Tuk tuk drivers were super friendly. I would definitely go back there. S very peaceful location to charge your Energie !!

Very big room with balcony and almost 360 view just from the room! You can literally see both sunrise and sunset! And there is a rooftop with tables and chairs. And monkeys sometimes. Great shower! Hot water, good water pressure! Very big and comfortable bed! There are AC and fan! There is kitchen because the owner lives here as well. He is very kind and always seems happy. He would message me to let me know when the monkeys come to the house 😂 He also offered washing machine for me to use because I stayed them for 4 nights! Location is out of busy town center, but only 10 min by tuktuk within 300lkr. Or you can also walk 5 min down the street to catch the local bus for 30lkr. There is a good restaurant “the chef corner” just 2min walk and the food there is really good! Next to it there is a fruit store and a bakery. Very convenient. I also found an Ayurvedic doctor in the area and got a massage. If you are going to Sigiriya by car, you don’t need to go through town.

Our 3-day stay at this villa was truly unforgettable, mainly because of the amazing host, Aunty Thennakoon. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with love and said, “Stay like your home and walk anywhere.” And honestly, we felt exactly that just like home. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and treated us like her own children. She even let us use her personal kitchen to cook our meals. She prepared a delicious homemade breakfast, beautifully presented and served with love. The place itself is very beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quiet moments. The atmosphere was calm and felt very safe. More than just a stay, this was a heartwarming experience. Aunty Thennakoon’s exceptional hospitality made it special. We had lovely conversations with her, just like with a close relative. And created memories we’ll never forget. Dew Ashi Homestay si trova a Sigiriya, a 5,9 km da Antica città di Sigiriya e 9 km da Pidurangala Rock. We never expected such warmth, but their care felt like family. We also chose to have dinner from them — it was absolutely finger-licking good! If I ever get the chance to visit Sigiriya again, Dew Ashi will definitely be my choice.

Homestay molto accogliete, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, camere pulite e spaziose. colazione super abbondante La terrazza ha una bella vista, la casa è in una zona tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo abbastanza fuori dal centro (30 min a piedi dal tempio sacro dente, primo pezzo di passeggiata non bellissimo).ma in ogni caso i tuktuk ci arrivano senza problemi.
