The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home. We loved how caring the people were! Our room was great, lots of space, bathroom with good shower, what more could you want. The couple who manage the stay are amazing, lots of great recommendations but mainly the food! It was amazing! Best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. We got to learn a lot about Sri Lankan kitchen. If you’re coming to Nuwara Eliya with visions of old world charm this is the place for you. We loved our huge bedroom, it was perfect for a family of four. The decor and building design are gorgeous. The home is spotlessly clean. The hosts were very kind. The food delicious and fresh, the free breakfast was outstanding. It is a bit out of the town centre but this was a positive in our eyes. Easy walk into town or tuk tuk is cheap. Really recommend this place.

Rustique House dbl si trova in zona Lake Gregory a Nuwara Eliya, a 1,4 km da Lago Gregory e 7,7 km da Hakgala Botanical Garden. Beautiful place! Amazing location, super clean, great facilities. Host was waiting for us in the rain at 10 PM, super easy to reach on WhatsApp, amazing breakfast in the morning. Upgraded our stay to a nicer room for no extra charge because it was empty! It was our best stay in Sri Lanka. Connected us with a Tuktuk driver (Chandi) for the morning who gave us a tour around which was perfect - went to two tea plantations, two waterfalls, and so many view points. He also called a friend at the train station to verify our train time and ordered take out for us to pick up and take on the train.

It is a very cute place with a garden on the front and surrounded by greenery. The room was cozy and equipped with all the amenities. The place also has a small balcony with a small table and chairs with a pleasant view. Rajith is a great guy, a talented musician, he was very accommodating and was very helpful. We had a really good breakfast, prepared by his wife I highly recommend his place.
