The homestay features family rooms. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall atmosphere of the place was very laidback with the beach being 2 min away. Restaurants and cafes also located nearby. Owners were full of hospitality and graciousness. Definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Arambol.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The room was very clean, AC and Wi-Fi were completely faultless. Bed was comfortable and the caretaker was extremely lovely. The location was good as was towards the quieter end of baga so felt like a little retreat at the end of the day. Was also good location to get to the baga cliffs which have quieter bars and restaurants which we recommend highly. Especially ‘go with the flow’. Owner of the property was very active on WhatsApp and helped out instantly with whatever we needed.

Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare.
