I cannot express how much I am grateful to find this place! This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!

Mäevaatega Moto-Center BeO AG (Bike & Bed) asub Brienzis, 38 km kaugusel Grindelwaldi terminalist ja 50 km kaugusel Luzerni jaamast. It was awesome! So nice & clean & the owners were so nice. We Loved our stay!

Downtown Family&Friends asub Interlakeni südames ning selle rõdult avaneb vaade linnale. Selles liftiga majutusasutuses on ka piknikuala. i really love my stay here! the staff gave us a free change from room with shared bathroom to a whole damn appartement for the two of us!!! definitely the best experience

As a frequent traveler, I've had the pleasure of experiencing numerous exceptional hotels, but Apartment Lala has truly captured my heart. This hidden gem offered the coziest, cleanest, and most joyful experience imaginable. The owner, Mario, is a consummate gentleman who ensured our comfort and well-being throughout our stay. His thoughtful guidance on local tours was invaluable. What truly touched my heart as a female traveler was the considerate provision of sanitary pads – a small yet significant detail that showcased the apartment's commitment to guest care. We'll undoubtedly return to Apartment Lala soon, and I eagerly anticipate our summer visit. Until then, I'll cherish the memories of our extraordinary stay. Best Stay. Best Days. Forever grateful!"

The view of the mountains is fantastic and the building/room is super modern and very clean. The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!

Downtown Apartment 9 offers accommodation within 400 metres of the centre of Interlaken, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. Nice location, a few min walk to train station. There's a Chinese restaurant and an Indian restaurant downstairs.
