Bobby was a great host. Jack of All Trades and A One Men Army. He tried to accommodate all our request whilst doing many other things. He personally made us breakfast although i don't think they generally have the service as they did not have a menu. He asked us what we wanted and made some good food for us. He also tried to arrange an Auto driver to take us around and as it was last minute no one was available especially no one who could communicate in English and he decided to drive us around himself in his auto as we were strapped for time as we were only there for a day. He juggle between taking us and dropping us off at places of interest and checking in other guests at his property as it was fully booked when we were there. He would drop us off and we would call him once we were done and he would come and fetch us and drop us off at the next destination. He also spoke great English and was very knowledgable about the area. He also arranged transport to take us to the train station in the early hours of the morning.Thank you Bobby for everything. View of the Palace and overall city was great from terrace both at night and during the day time.

Pradeep, Teena and the family are such warm, welcoming hosts that will do anything to ensure your stay is as homely and comfortable as possible. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, clean and have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic - close to the main beat but down a few side streets so you’re not right in the center. The breakfasts are wonderful and well worth it. All in all it’s a home away from home and I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else! Thank you for everything

Oolala was such a beautifully decorated and appointed property. We loved the rooftop at sunset. Spectacular. The breakfasts were delicious with a wonderful assortment of homemade treats plus western style dishes too. Lovely and Jitu amazed us by giving each couple a gorgeous gift - a marble elephant ornament. Just so sweet and generous.

Rooms are spacious. It is bit away from the main city but that gives you calmness. Property is really good and well maintained. Hospitality is very good. Food was excellent. Caretaker and owner bot are very good and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit Udaipur again just to stay again in this property.

This is a very nice guest house! The hosts are amazing hosts, we felt at home from the moment we entered the house. It was very clean with a nice view on the city palace from the roof top. The guy knows a lot about the hindouism and his city, he can also make a tour in the city with you and explain everything and it is very interesting. One of favourite stays in India so far. The building is lovely, and in a great part of town. Nice quiet and relaxing area, as you don’t have the cars on these roads, which was refreshing. Great free breakfast included as well, which was lovely to enjoy on the roof terrace each morn. One of the best things here is the staff - Ramon the owner went above and beyond to help us, both with planning/booking our trip beyond Udaipur, and with suggestions for Udaipur and organising pickups for sunrise walks etc. He made our stay here extra special, so thank you Ramon! Highly recommend staying here
