What a difference a staff that actually cares can make. This is a small place with only a few rooms that has not been renovated to cram as many beds as possible in tiny box rooms for maximum profit, but a very chill home with a great vibe and staff that make you feel like part of the family. King Arthur was so helpful and sweet during our stay. The free breakfast changed everyday and always some great local food, not just butter/toast/jam (which is also available 24/7) And of course the cats were sweet and nice to play with, and if you let them, they will sleep in your room with you to enjoy the AC. They had a groupchat to let everyone know what events were happening in town and recommendations for food or day trips. And as many would like to know, soft comfortable mattress and hot water!

Ubicato a George Town e distante 2,3 km da Spiaggia di Northam, My Guesthouse 109 - SELF CHECK IN propone il check-in e check-out express, camere non fumatori, biciclette gratuite, il WiFi gratuito e... Questo posto è un gioeillino, un'oasi di pace! Mi sono sentita subito a casa. La proprietà e lo staff sono cortesi, disponibili e molto ospitali. La struttura è grande e su 3 piani. Il dormitorio è all'ultimo ed è accessibile tramite una scala stretta, per questo magari non lo consiglio a chi ha problemi di deambulazione o a chi ha tanti bagagli e pesanti. Ad ogni modo le stanzette sono comode e dotate di aria condizionata. Parte delle altre camere e il grande bagno in comune sono al secondo piano, le restanti camere al piano terra. Tutti gli accessi avvengono con carta magnetica, per cui privacy e sicurezza sono perfettamente garantite. Al piano terra, oltre all'ampio ingresso, c'è una corte interna molto suggestiva, un cucinino con lavatrice e bagnetto di servizio, e l'accesso ad una corte esterna dove poter stendere la biancheria lavata. Nonostante la presenza dei 9 gatti, che rendono la struttura ancora più speciale, ho trovato tutti gli ambienti molto puliti. Nel bagno enorme la proprietà ha anche messo a disposizione phon, ferro e asse da stiro, assorbenti, cotton fioc e kit per cucito. Nel cucinino, invece, acqua calda e fredda e tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi un tè o un caffè. La posizione è centralissima, molto comoda per girare il centro a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze mini market, caffè, food court, locali e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Tornerei in questo posto senza alcun dubbio e lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti dei gatti e non, che sono tutti giocherelloni e super disponibili a farsi coccolare, ma anche molto rispettosi e riservati ❤️
