It features accommodation with private balconies and free Wi-Fi. 1) The staff: Milos went out of his way to make everything work for us, including getting up earlier to make sure we got breakfast, before their kitchen opened, so we could make our bus on to Croatia (ps I didnt find Kotor the friendliest, but this place was great) 2) Location: right by the old town and the beach 3) The room: lots of space, even a chill out room! 4) Breakfast was lovely 5) Super quiet

We were lucky, we had a room facing Noth so, in the morning we could drink our coffee in shadow. AC working very well. Location...beeing at the edge of the town, on one side you have free parking places which is great for Budva, on the other side you have to get your car for everything. No restaurants or market places close.

The house is nestled in the most picturesque location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The panoramic views from the property are simply breathtaking. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or a peaceful evening by the pool, the serene landscape provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection. The gardens are lush and impeccably maintained, adding to the overall sense of tranquility and seclusion.

The apartment is beautiful and the little terrace made it feel so cozy as if it was your own home. We didn’t know there was a festival during our visit and so, on our last night, the whole city was bustling with a couple of Djs and a concert. We thought we were going to have issues sleeping, however, we couldn’t hear a thing inside the apartment! But what really stands out here is the service; we arrived at 7AMish (we took a night bus) and they did everything possible to have our room ready at 12noon. After breakfast and walking around the city for a bit, we were able to wait on their terrace and they greeted us with a plate of grapes from their own garden and very valuable information about Kotor. Communication during our stay was always on point, plus they messaged us some wonderful restaurant recommendations - we loved this!! Overall, they made our stay easy and enjoyable with their top notch service. Thanks for everything!

We came back for our last day in Montenegro to spend in Perast. Love this place and definitely it will be my stop next time I'll travel to Montenegro. We loved the peaceful environment, the area is very quiet. The view is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners are super nice and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day.

We could speak highly enough of the staff. Perfect location. In the heart of Old Town Kotor - great restaurants and bars with plenty to see and do. I can happily recommend the comfortable rooms which have everything you require
