This beautiful Victorian Guest House is set in Dublin’s prestigious D4 district. It offers en-suite rooms with free Wi-Fi. Freshly made sandwiches are available for early morning check-outs. Nice room in a lovely house, outside the city center yet close enough to walk or take a bus to the center. The property is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Hosts very very friendly and helpful. Despite arriving in the middle of the night due to flight delays, someone stayed up and waited for us to give us the keys to our rooms.

How do I begin to describe the exceptional service I received and stay I has with Ann and Leanne. From a last minute early check in to an upgrade of my booked room to offering a lift where they could and providing me with fans when I found the evenings a bit hot. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was immaculate. I know it’s said a lot but I really was a home away from home, only my home is rarely that tidy! I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller and can’t wait to return with my family and book out the place.

Received our codes for the doors before our arrival. Once inside 2 badges per room were left on window sill. With these badges we could come and go as we pleased. This saved us having to tap in the codes each time. Rooms were spotless, Because we only stayed over for one night we didn't actually see anyone as we had to leave early the next morning.

When we arrive, Tia, the lady in charge, welcomed us with warmth and care. She went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs and even keep a contact number for enquiries after hours. The place is beautiful and cozy and the environment made my family feel at home and safe. The area is really beautiful, and family friendly and my kids (7 and 5) got to enjoy next to Malahide castle, one of the biggest playgrounds in all of Ireland. This was recommended by Tia aswell. It was an amazing experience, the facilities are practical and convenient and they have unlimited water, tea and coffee for the guests. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this charming hotel and I will highly recommend to my friends and family.
